Synapse Labs PTY LTD explains below what information this website processes, why it is used, and the choices available to visitors.
1. Information We Collect
This website does not provide user accounts, payment processing, or an on-site contact form.
- Contact enquiries: If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include.
- Error monitoring: Sentry receives limited technical diagnostics when an application error occurs. Default collection of visitor PII and routine session replay are disabled.
- Aggregate analytics: Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights provide privacy-focused usage and performance measurements without cross-site advertising profiles.
2. How We Use Information
We use information only to respond to enquiries, maintain site reliability, understand aggregate usage, and improve our products and website.
We do not sell personal information or use contact details for direct marketing without consent.
3. Service Providers and Overseas Processing
The site is hosted and measured by Vercel. Application errors are monitored by Sentry. These providers may process limited technical information outside Australia, including in the United States and European Union.
We configure these services to minimise personal information and use them only for hosting, aggregate analytics, performance measurement, and error diagnosis.
4. Security and Retention
Traffic to this site is encrypted using TLS. We restrict access to operational systems and retain information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected.
Email enquiries may be retained for up to three years. Diagnostic and analytics information follows the configured retention periods of Sentry and Vercel.
5. Access, Correction, and Complaints
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting jordan@synapselabs.com.au. We aim to respond to complaints within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
